I purchased this item thinking that it would give the similar effect to the one I used on my sons ds lite from Game, how wrong I was. The item is easy to apply and doesn't leave any bubbles but the clarity of the film is awful. Played back images on the screen look all distorted and the overall effect is to make the screen look very tacky, in fact the opaque film on my mobile phone's screen was better than this.
Needless to say I will be replacing this item asap but in the meantime will leave it in situ as I suppose it fufils part of its purpose in protecting the screen just a shame you can't tell if your pictures are in focus as you can't really see through it that well.
Save your money, look elsewhere and buy from a recommendation from family or friends.
